1. Agreement

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service. We may update this document; continued use after the “Last updated” date reflects acceptance of the changes.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing generated by the Service is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, religious, or therapeutic advice. Do not delay seeking professional care because of AI output. If you have mental-health concerns, contact a qualified clinician or crisis line.

3. AI limitations

Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. The operator does not guarantee fitness for any purpose and does not monitor conversations in real time.

4. Privacy — local storage

There are no user accounts. Items such as session transcripts, drafts, preferences, streaks, referral codes, and counters may be stored in your browser (for example localStorage). Clear them via in-app controls or browser settings.

5. Privacy — network processing

When you request an AI reply, your task text is transmitted to our proxy and forwarded to OpenAI. We do not intentionally persist prompts or completions in an application database for profiling or marketing.

• Infrastructure logging: Hosting providers and security tooling may record technical metadata (timestamps, routes, status codes, IP-derived abuse signals). We do not intentionally write full conversation transcripts to routine application logs.

6. Cookies & analytics

No login cookies are required. Optional analytics (for example Google Analytics or Plausible if configured in deployment) may use cookies or similar technologies under the vendor’s policies and your local consent requirements.

On this web app, analytics snippets load only after you acknowledge the in-app privacy notice (localStorage).

7. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to generate content for harassment, coercion of vulnerable individuals, impersonation, fraud, explicit sexual content involving minors, or other unlawful ends. You are responsible for complying with laws where you live.

8. Age

The Service is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should use it only with appropriate adult supervision.

9. Disclaimers & liability cap

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims liability for decisions you make, distress you experience, or losses arising from reliance on AI output.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operator against third-party claims stemming from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law & regional rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or other regions with statutory privacy rights, you may exercise rights afforded to you by applicable law via our contact email. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable protections where they apply.

12. Accessibility

13. Israeli Privacy Protection Law & data subjects

Rights relating to lawful databases under Israeli privacy law may apply where processing qualifies. Explain requests to our contact channel; responses follow reasonable timelines subject to verifying authority.

14. Third-party reliance & professional advice

OpenAI and hosting vendors provide independent terms. Operators do not supervise real-time chats. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer protections.

15. Transparency on updates

When disclosures change materially we update this page and the "Last updated" line at the top. Continued use may constitute acceptance unless non-waivable law says otherwise.
